Cartoon Characters

We just read a post on MayaMaries blog from the beginning of the month, and she was telling what cartoon characters she thinks she and Missy would be (she's Tigger, bouncing on her tail, and Missy is Eyeore). We thought this sounded like lots of fun, so we all decided we wanted to play, too. We put our furry heads together, and this is what we came up with:
I am definitely the Tasmanian Devil, (furry whirling dervish of destruction! Whoohoo)

Mikki is Tweety Bird (very cute and dainty, but kinda scared and nervous a lot, "I taught I taw a putty tat! I did, I did!) Mom says she's gotten more nervous since I came along, she just can't figure out WHAT to do with me!

Cracker can't decide if he's Speedy Gonzalez or the Roadrunner (they both zoomzoom REALLY fast, but he kind of likes Speedy's yell, "Arriba, Arriba, Ondalay,Ondalay")

Finally, Chili is the perfect canine version of Garfield, chubby, fluffy, grumpy, chowhound, lazy couch potato, who doesn't appreciate being bothered.

Our mom hasn't figured out the cartoon or graphics thing, either, so no pictures to go with our cartoon characters, but maybe someday I'll get her fully trained.....
Well, mom's finished the Sunday Husky Meal cookoff, time for me to go see if she'll let me clean the big roaster pan for her. Leave us a comment and let us know what cartoon characters you are!
Manykisses,
Bama & the RHP

Oh those are goods ones. Love the Garfield one. Haroo roo roo.

Did you get to clean the pan? Mom lets us clean the pans too. I got to clean the peanut butter jar yesterday. She made us these cherrios (sugar free) peanut butter treats. It was a messy creating, but it was sooo good.

Husky Hugs and have a good night.

Wowwwooo, those treats sound grrrreat! Mom makes us Double Stuffed Huskoreos, she puts a pat of livergreat on a liv-a-snap cookie, then a squish of easy-cheese on another one & smooshes the 2 halves together. The only thing we like better than cheese in a can is livergreat, so these are our favorite bribes, we only get one a day, so she saves them to get us back into the house at bedtime. If she doesn't have huskoreos, we make her chase us around the yard for a while, to teach her a lesson about fulfilling her duties as our slave.

Bama, my mom wants to know how does your mom freeze the food? Does she frees the cooked ingredients separatly? She's asking b/c we are going on a vacation in October for 2 weeks, and she's trying to figure out the food issue for us. She's gonna bake enough of our cookies so we have plenty of them. She makes these cheesey biscuits that are yummy.

She's not sure on freezing the pasta and veggies? Thanks for your help.

Ummm... That's a hard one. I think that Steve would be Goofy and I would be Lisa Simpson. Steve is Goofy because, well, he is goofy. I'm Lisa Simpson because I'm smarter than everyone else in my family. ;-)

Kat, everyone knows you're a genius so Lisa Simpson is perfect for you. As far as Steve being Goofy: anyone that would choose to eat cat hork......nuff said! No offense again, Wilbur, but then I doubt you'd eat cat hork either, so you probably agree about Steve being the perfect Goofy.
MayaMarie,
Mom mixes all the ingredients for our meals together when she does the prep on Sundays. Then she divides it into daily portions and bags each portion in a gallon freezer bag. For the 4 of us, each bag ends up just about 2 lbs, so she sets the defrost setting on the micro for 2 lbs, & vents the bags about an inch to let steam out, after its mostly defrosted she kind of mushes it up by hand to mix the hot and cold and make sure there aren't any frozen chunks in the middle, and if it's too hot she'll let it sit a little to cool down. If she remembers to take it out of the freezer early enough, she just lets it thaw in the sink. Mom says she figures that human micro dinners have pasta & veggies in them too, so she doesn't see any reason why the freezing should affect them, and since it's already all mixed up it makes it easy to store and prepare.

Bama, please tell you mom thanks for the info/help. She's gonna make a duplicate of our turkey loaf and give it a try.

Oh, and if your mom likes to bake for you, we posted my Cheesy Dog Biscuits on an older post. It's under June 26. It's a recipie she created just for me b/c of my tummy issues and everyone likes them. You'all might want to try them.

Thank you again.
Husky Hugs and Have a Good Night.

Mistress can do cartoons and graphics - just knows stuff all about cartoon characters - so no way I could play.
