Just a short one

The real post is below, but.....
Mama found us a cool jukebox, then she found a REALLY cool song called "Siberian Husky" by Nancy Simmonds (we've never heard of her before). It should be the furst song that plays when you visit our page, husky lovers Check It Out!
Then she added each of our "theme" songs, Black Betty (Bama Lamb) by Ram Jam, Cracker Jack by Dolly Parton, Chili Pepper Cha Cha by Cain, & Hey Mikki by Toni Basil (we took liberty with the spelling, it's really Mickey). Finally she added the recitation & definition of the Pledge of Allegiance by Charlie Daniels, originally Red Skelton, because we think it's important for every American to not just say the pledge, but remember the meaning behind the words you learn as a little kid.
Mama was worried that people wouldn't like the music, or would get sick of it after a while, since it will play every time you visit our page, so we're putting up our first ever poll. Please vote and let us know if you a) Love It, b) Hate It, or c) Couldn't Care Less One Way or the Other. We don't want our friends to stop visiting because our music is annoying, though we are a very eclectic bunch, if you don't like the song playing, when it's over you'll get something totally different, so we hope there's something for everyone.
If you want a cool cursor of your own, you can go to:
http://gallery.webfetti.com/webfetti/cursor/category/3/main.jhtml
They are free, but you do have to register and accept their search toolbar. So far we haven't had any problems with it, and love our husky cursor. (AO4, they've got some cool patriotic & military cursors, too!)
If you want a jukebox of your own, you can double click on the bottom right of ours to take you to the site, it was also free. We're not sure, but we think that since we uploaded the Siberian Husky song, it's now available for other users, so do a search if you're interested.
Thanks in advance for voting in our poll and letting us know what you think!
Kisses,
Bama

Mistress usually turns these down. But as it's yours we tried to listen. Hehe didn't work. I think she needs to upgrade her quick time player. We do like Black Betty Bala Lamb obviously.

We will have another go later. If we ever get to hear it we'll vote. If not I'll go for couldn't care less. Give me a couple of days though.

Hi Huskies,

Thank you for the cool howling card!! As fellow Floridians, we are especially happy to get to know you -- so do come visit our blog from time to time.

And if you go to our June 2007 blog, you'll see that we actually have Huskies in our famnily. They live in St. Louis and we've never met them in dogson; but Mom and Dogdad have and say they are beautiful.

Happy Howlidays!!

COOL music, guys! We're getting pounded by another ice storm tonight. We'd SO rather have snow!
Your cursor is so cool, too! And all the changes to your site look fantastic! We haven't visited ANYone in a while - Mom was a bit behind, between Christmas preps and work and all. Sorry!!!
Oh, no. Now Mom is singing along to "Black Betty". Apparently it reminds her of her first year of college. Is this called a "flashback"?
Oh, yeah! And mom said thank roo about the fabric discount thingie! She's going to email your mama!

We got your christmas card in the mail today. It is beautiful. It is nice to meet you. Mom used to have a song on our blog but took it off. She just usually turns off any ones on other people's if she can.

Thanks for all the positive opinions, everypuppy!
Peanut, we understand, our mama does that a lot too, but we told her that this was different cause they aren't just any old songs, they're OUR songs, each of them refers to one of us by name, except the Siberian Husky song which of course refers to us all, and the Pledge of Allegiance that has special meaning to us as proud Americans.

Pippa: mama & dad are kinda partial to that one too, &
AO4 mom:, you're exactly right, it IS a flashback kinda thing. Mama decided since she can't decorate the house cause of all our new tile going in, she'd decorate our page instead. We guess that's ok long as she doesn't forget to put out our stockings, but she assured us she's got that one covered!

Sitka/Maggie & Mitch: Thanks so much, we did work really hard on it, and darn near worked mama's paws off!

Haroo Bama

What a cool song 'Siberian Husky' is! Where can out Mom find it to put it on our blog? Can you send the mp3 file to us?

Our Mom is a bit dumb cause when she went to add the 'Kiss me under the Mistletoe' to our blog it came up with an error. Do you know what she might have done wrong? She went into the html template & tried to paste the code under the one she put in for our guestbook but it didn't work.

Hope you can help us
