Ongoing Home Destruction

Howroo everypup & kitty,
Some of our SMS buddies have been asking for some pictures of the destruction going on in our house. So, even though it's not done yet (we are getting close) we decided to give you a little taste.
Look who came to see us. It's A. Drill and his buddy A. Screwgun! They helped our tile guy secure the concrete backer board before the tile started going in. Those guys sure have been getting around lately. Wonder where they're going when they leave Florie-duh.

Next is a picture of Mikki Saying "hi" to A.Drill . That is Cracker's tail in the bottom of the picture, he's introducing himself to A. Screwgun.

Here is a close up of the new tile that is going in, it's called "Canyon Slate" Mama picked a dark gray grout cause she said we make it really hard to keep the grout clean, so now she won't be able to see how dirty we get it.

Here is Cracker checking the new floor, he said "Ah jest hadta check ta make shur the lines were straight". The spots on the picture are dust on the camera lens, our mom's not that bad a housekeeper.

And finally, we leave you with a picture of Cracker enjoying the cool new floor, and doing his best Pippa twisty paws impression
We're almost done, all that's left is the kitchen & laundry room, mom & dad pulled up the last of the old tile yesterday. We'll post some more pics after everything is done and we can put our furniture back where it belongs. The tile is nice and cool, but sometimes a puppy wants to nap on their couch, we're just ready to have our old den back, with all our furniture back where it belongs.
While mom was pulling out tile yesterday she had her Ipod and was singing along. Mama can't carry a tune in a bucket, but Cracker and I both love her singing, Cracker came over and nose bumped her, which is his way of giving a kiss, then I went over and pushed her down in the corner and held her down while I gave her many sloppy wet kisses to tell her how much I loved her singing. Daddy said he thinks maybe we thought she was hurt and crying and we were trying to make her feel better, but we just love it when she sings.
Well everybuddy, that's about it for now, if you need somewhere else to visit, why don't you go check out the wolves blog & site. While you're there, steal your mama's plastic thingy and send them some money. Unless you happen to be in Colorado, then just stop by and lend a hand if you can, that would be a huge help.
Manykisses,
Bama (& the rest of the pack)
PS, mom apologizes for the way this post is spread out, she tried 3 times to fix it, but it just keeps getting more spread out instead of less, and she's afraid if she messes with it any more it's going to end up running off the page.

Nice tiles. I don't bother with A Drill, or A Sander, or A Anyofthosetools because master has too many of those friends. Best to be pals with A Gate.

Anyway, Cracker def deserves the Pippa Twisty Paws Award.

I wonder if I can get mistress to design one..........

Hey, hey! It's my buddy Adrill! Did you say "ha roo" to him for me!?!? I just love Adrill!!!
Dave really likes the color of your tiles. He said they'll go with everything and will be a great mud camouflage!
Wowzers, your place is looking GREAT!

We really like the color of your new tile. It looks great! Sometimes when Mom is snoozing her alarm too much, I got try to kiss her face and then Steve comes over and stands on her chest so she can't get away. It's teamwork! It sounds like you have it down!

HEY! Your tile is almost identical to ours! Mom said she wanted to have to actually search for the dirt....it worked. She said you'll love it. I don't see what the big deal is about a little bit of dirt.

That's very nice new tile, it goes quite well with Cracker's coat color. Your bi-peds are going all out to make you guys a super nice den! We haven't been around much lately either cause mom is suddenly "busy", but we've been thinking 'bout you a bunch!

Your new floor looks very nice. My human wants a new floor for the kitchen/dining room/bathroom very BADLY but my Dad says "one project at a time".

Nice colors and it just looks cool to lay on.
